We're Back in Oklahoma...
We're back home now.
Tired...
But safe and sound.
We had a great Thanksgiving.
And I was able to get a lot of studying completed too.
Carrie and Parker helped Nana and Pa with the chores.
I did a little bit, but for the most part...
I was working on my schoolwork.
I had access to the internet, but it is dial-up and moves really...
really...
slow.
However, I did do a little browsing and...
I was so ecstatic about my "Black Friday Sales" at my ~online store~...
That I was able to find some time to take just a few photographs while we were there in the Hill Country of Texas.
*wink*
I pray that all of you had a great Thanksgiving...
And I hope that you were able to spend time with your family and friends.
later...

I love, love, love the picture of Timmy, Norma and little goat. That made me smile on a yucky Monday morning.
So happy that you had a nice Thanksgiving with the family.
Glad you had a happy Thanksgiving - love the pic!
Sue
Yes I would know that Oklahoma sky anywhere. Orange and purple. Beautiful! Great pics of the animals!
The pups with the goat is priceless! HA!
I am happy to hear you had such a peaceful Thanksgiving. BUT, I hear you on the dial up thing. Painful! My parents finally got high speed several months ago. They had no idea what they were missing. Of course I did, which made it so hard to go online when I would visit them. It wasn't worth the trouble.
Congrats, too on the success with the store!
Hey Lea...
Happy to be of service.
;+ )
Hey Sue...
Thanks!
Hey Squirrel...
Thanks!
Hey Pattie...
My folks live out in the 'boonies', so they don't have a choice but to go with dial-up. Dad would get it if he could.
And yes... dial-up is ~painful~.

Glad you're back where you belong ...and dial up is better than nothin! ;)
we finally got our phone in today ..which means we finally got internet today.
The phone company kept telling us they'd turned us on ...and we kept telling them they hadn't ... they kept insisting they we had no phone service.
Finally ... the lady said "we flipped the switch!"
My husband said "It's a brand new house lady! A flipped switch won't cut it!"
So, 3 hours later, the line was laid ... and we actually HAD the phone service they'd been claiming we'd had ...
sigh ... (yes, we'd told them from the begining it was a new house)
TJ. . . . Texas was blessed with some of the best OKies around. . .. for a little while. . .. the pictures were cute. . . . and of course. . . the weather beautiful in the hill country.
Ciao
Hey Peggikaye...
I'm so glad you're finally in your house now. It must really feel nice!
And yes... dial-up is better than nothing!
Hey Sicilian...
I talked to Mom late this evening and she said that it was still 75 degrees there. (And that's after sundown!)
I told her that this air was really, really cold and to get "ready"!
Surely you guys won't get hit as hard as us?!
later...
glad you had a wonderful time and made it home safe.. thanks for sharing the pics;)
