After graduating from college "the first time", I moved to Oklahoma where I lived for 30 years. In the fall of 2007 I moved "back home" to the Texas Hill Country. I write various summaries about numerous subjects, ranging from veterinary medicine to political viewpoints. I also like to take photographs. A journalist at heart, I don't pretend to have all the answers... just a whole lot of questions.

Wonder how you would go about cooking jellyfish, and would they taste like chicken or salt water? Ok, I go back to my corner.
Hmmm...
It didn't even cross my mind about how they would taste...
Maybe it would be something they could experiment with on "Fear Factor" or some other show like that.

I quit watching that in 2004, they just went over the edge with some of the stuff they asked the contestants to eat. Watching folks barf is not quality entertainment :>O
