- Location: The Hill Country of Texas, United States
After graduating from college "the first time", I moved to Oklahoma where I lived for 30 years. In the fall of 2007 I moved "back home" to the Texas Hill Country. I write various summaries about numerous subjects, ranging from veterinary medicine to political viewpoints. I also like to take photographs. A journalist at heart, I don't pretend to have all the answers... just a whole lot of questions.

What a beautiful sunset. Did you take that nearby where you live?
I wish it were near where I lived.
I took this photo when the kids and I made a little trip to the Texas coast. (Gulf of Mexico)
Our exact location was on a barrier island at Aransas Pass.
We had tons of fun and it was so peaceful and enjoyable. We hated to leave.
We are a landlocked family and we have discovered that we love the ocean.
